Bulk Feed Elevator.

Our object is to provide equipment to assemble/process/test/package a new product, or improve a customer's productivity through the use of a machine designed specifically for that product.

We have a broad base of expertise on different machine types. Large turret with pneumatic pick and placement, high speed cam and crank machines, in handling delicate components both small and large. Pull-stem rivets, cable clips and electrical contact stitching including the familiar telephone plug have been our core business over recent years in this high speed assembly field.

Insert over-moulding is another area where we have built a reputation of excellence. The integration of our handling expertise with a standard moulding machine has been utilised for diverse applications such as loading needles into 32 cavities, or 13 Amp 3 pin plugs into 6 cavities.
